Dylan Kerr

Dylan practices in crime, regulatory, public/administrative law, disciplinary proceedings, workplace health and safety and public inquiries/inquests.

Prior to his call to the Bar, Dylan worked at a top tier commercial law firm before joining the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions. Dylan gained experience in the prosecution of serious financial crime and corporate misconduct, revenue and social security fraud, child exploitation and the illegal importation of border controlled drugs.

Dylan also worked as a Senior Lawyer with the Australian Government Solicitor where he acted for Commonwealth agencies in a range of matters including information protection, judicial review and post-sentence orders for individuals convicted of terrorism, foreign incursion and related offences.

Dylan was an Associate to His Honour Judge Jarro of the District Court of Queensland.

Dylan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland.
